This incredible “Super Tuscan” combines passion, tradition and deep love for the generous Tuscan land. The must ferments together with the grape-peels for about 25 days with frequent pomp over to increase the extraction of color tannins and complex flavors. After the racking the wine is kept in temperature-controlled room in order to encourage malolatic fermentation.
Then the wine is aged in barriques for about 12-18 months and then refined in the bottle for about one year.
Best served at 60°-64° F.
