FERMENTATION: Temperature Controlled in stainless still after Crio Maceration (skin contact of the juice for about 8-9 hours at 39 degree F. to increase the extraction of perfumes and flavors without getting too much color).
After the fermentation 70% of the wine ages for about 6 months in French Barriques, then it is blended back with the other 30% that remained in Stainless Still waiting.
This wine is a perfect companion to pasta dishes and soups, poultry and seafood.
